Astronomy by the Sea

St. Croix East End Marine Park will host Astronomy by the Sea, from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, meeting at the Old Camp Arawak. Get ready to explore the night sky and learn about the mysteries of the universe. Whether you’re a seasoned astronomer or just curious about the cosmos, this event is perfect for all ages. Artist Talk

Caribbean Museum Center for the Arts will host an Artist Talk with Jasmin Pannu from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday in the courtyard. Pannu is an award-winning artist whose work spans large-scale murals, fine art on canvas, and digital designs. She has spent the month on St. Croix and engaged with youth through a series of workshops and mural-making sessions. Jasmin will reflect on her mural-making process, her evolving artistic practice and the impact of community-based art. She’ll share stories from her time on St. Croix, offering a behind-the-scenes look at her work with local youth. The talk will conclude with a special unveiling: Pannu’s own mural, a gift to the museum, created during her residency.

Tides of Freedom

The 2025 Emancipation art exhibition Tides of Freedom will be opening today from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Fort Frederik Museum. This powerful exhibition, curated by DLAM Chief Curator Monica Marin, explores emancipation, resistance, and cultural identity through a Virgin Islands lens — featuring works that bridge past and present liberation movements. The show will run through October.

St. Thomas

Day of Play

The Health Department presents a Field Day today from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Lionel Roberts Stadium. For children and adults of all ages, join for a day of sports, games and friendly competition. There will be kickball, tug of war, double dutch and there will be free giveaway and popcorn.

STEEMC 25th anniversary Happy Hour

The St. Thomas East End Medical Center will celebrate their 25th anniversary today with a happy hour from 5 to 7 p.m. at Cutlass and Cane outdoor bar. Proceeds from sales of the Tamarita 25 will support their mission to provide accessible, affordable healthcare. There will also be a raffle for the chance to win a poolside cabana experience at Lovango Resort.

Strictly the Best

758 Bar and Restaurant presents Strictly the Best starting tonight at 9 p.m. Entry fee is $10 before midnight, more after. Music by DJ Avalanche and DJ Malie. Enjoy 100% reggae, Dancehall, and Soca.

Carnival Relapse

The Euphoria Carnival Troupe presents Carnival Relapse tonight at 8 p.m. at Virgin Haven. Tickets are $35 and more at the door. Music by Exodus HD, B-Squad, Quan, and Shante Int’l. Ticket outlets at Strictly the Best, Jus Threads, and Fade King Barbershop.

Fire Fridays

Buoy Haus Beach Resort will host Fire Fridays today from 8 to 11 p.m. at The Palm Court Beach Club. Open to the public. Enjoy fire pits, fire dancers, specialty drinks and DJ for an unforgettable beachfront experience.

Cancer Support Workshop

We From Upstreet Health and Wellness Committee will host a Cancer Support Workshop from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Schneider Hospital Sun Room. Guest speaker will be holistic chiropractor Tammi McKnight. Admission is free.

Pride Walk

PFLAG St. Thomas will host the 5th annual Pride Walk at 9 a.m. Saturday starting at Emancipation Gardens Park. There will be an after party at The Island Green.

Polymorphic

A preview of a premier exhibition by fabric artist Euell Dixon will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday at The Art Exchange, located between the Greenhouse and Virgilio’s in the Levin Building. Free offering, refreshments will be served.

Club Sibs

Sib’s on the Mountain presents DJ Pouria at 10 p.m. Saturday. Enjoy late night vibes with drink specials.

Mid-year reset

Reflect, refocus and reignite, with a free Mid-year Reset event from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, at The Reading Room Bookstore in AH Riise Mall, across from Cafe Amici. Led by author Kalyn Fahie, enjoy an interactive workshop to refocus on your dreams and visions. There will be light refreshments, door prizes, and Fahie’s “Dreams and Visions Workbook” will be available for purchase.

Food Fair After Party

There will be a Food Fair After Party from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday at Da Event Lounge. Music by DJ Red Lion and Klimaxx Band. Admission is $10, more after 9 p.m. Boat going back over to St. Thomas will be $20.

Rhyme and Lime

Rhyme and Lime will host a special pride month poetry night from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Bajo el Sol Gallery. The evening will be hosted by Raven Phillips, with featured poet Majestik Estrada-Petersen. Music by Broheem with Love.

Coral Bay Cleanup

Coral Bay Community Council will host a Coral Bay Cleanup at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, meeting behind the Coral Bay Fire Station. Gloves and bags will be provided. Bring water, mineral sunscreens and friends. Get your clean on before heading to Food Fair.
