A playful pose rooted entirely in trust, one partner grounds while the other rises. Flying Warrior teaches vulnerability and faith. “Freedom in a relationship,” says Akshar, “comes only when there is emotional stability beneath it.”

Standing face to face, partners lean forward, sharing equal weight and effort. Shoulders open, egos soften. This pose reinforces a timeless truth that relationships flourish when both people lean in, not when one carries the load.

Standing side by side, partners link arms and balance on one leg. When one wobbles, the other steadies. Balance here is mutual, never forced, mirroring how emotional resilience in relationships is built together.

Partners sit on the floor with their backs gently touching, and then breathe together at the same pace. Inhaling and exhaling in rhythm, couples synchronise their breath. The nervous system calms, intimacy deepens. Without speaking, partners learn to listen, to breath, to stillness, and to each other.
