Police are appealing for witnesses after an indecent exposure. Between 6pm and 6.30pm on October 31, a man was seen exposing himself in Alnwick Drive, Ellesmere Port, close to Cheshire Oaks, in front of several members of the public.
After this, a 21-year-old man was arrested by police on suspicion of committing an act of outraging public decency and possession of a Class B drug (cannabis). He has since been conditionally bailed. Cheshire Police have urged anyone who saw or filmed the incident to come forward.
PC Tom House said: “There were plenty of people about that evening who witnessed the exposure. I would urge anyone who witnessed the incident and filmed this to contact us so that we can progress with our enquiries.”
Anyone with information can contact Cheshire Police on 101 or via the website quoting IML 2205764.
