
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Tropical Storm “Isang” has left the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). In its 11 a.m. bulletin on Saturday, the weather bureau said “Isang” was estimated 440 kilometers West of Bacnotan, La Union.
It is moving westward at 30 km per hour, with maximum sustained winds of 85 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 105 kph.Storm signals have been lifted, as “Isang” left the PAR.
