The delegation visited Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate, where they received a briefing on estate management and toured facilities operated by Amata B. Grimm Power, a key energy provider supporting the region’s industrial ecosystem.
Mr. Phongthasit Pijanant, Deputy Governor of Chonburi, welcomed the delegation, expressing gratitude for the visit. He explained Chonburi’s pivotal role in the eastern economy, stating, “Chonburi is the heart of the eastern region’s economy, with immense potential for developing high-tech industries under the EEC strategy. This visit marks a vital opportunity to translate government policies into tangible outcomes at the local level.”
The inspection displays the Ministry of Industry’s commitment to aligning industrial policies with innovation-driven economic goals. It also aims to strengthen teamwork between the public and private sectors to elevate Thai industries toward a sustainable future.
