McLaurin is dealing with a quadriceps injury while Samuel was ruled out with a heel injury.
While the Cowboys secondary has struggled no matter who was on the other side this season, the Commanders passing attack on Sunday will be very shorthanded.
Washington ruled Terry McLaurin and Deebo Samuel out against Dallas. Samuel is dealing with a heel injury while McLaurin is missing his fourth straight game with a quadriceps injury.
Samuel missed practice on Thursday, practiced in a limited capacity on Friday, but was ruled out on Saturday and will not travel with the team, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. McLaurin was limited on Wednesday, but was unable to practice on Thursday and Friday. Fellow wideout Noah Brown is also out after being placed on injured reserve this week with a groin injury.
So far this season, Samuel leads the Commanders in receptions (34), targets (43) and yards (315). With Samuel, McLaurin and Brown all out, Jayden Daniels will have to lean on Jaylin Lane, Chris Moore, Luke McCaffrey and veteran tight end Zach Ertz.
