Brokers who register with ModaMortgages will be in with a chance to win a £500 Apple gift card, while brokers registering with CHL Mortgages for Intermediaries will be entered to win a £500 holiday voucher.
A monthly prize draw will be made for both brands, and brokers can enter by visiting http://www.modamortgages.co.uk/intermediaries or http://www.intermediaries.chli.co.uk and registering.
Brokers registering with either brand will receive one entry to the prize draw, while those registering with both brands will receive a further bonus entry to the draws, giving them a total of two entries to each draw.
The prize draw is open to all UK brokers aged 18 years or over. Brokers already registered with either brand will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
ModaMortgages deals with simpler BTL mortgages and focuses on straightforward lending, while CHL Mortgages for Intermediaries caters to complex BTL cases.
