Signed from Angers in 2024, Bahoya made 33 appearances across all competitions last season, mostly as a substitute, contributing to seven goals.
Despite starting this season with a double against Werder Bremen, he’s reportedly grown discontented due to limited regular playing time.

“I don’t feel the pressure because of what I believe, and the faith that I have. I feel like I have been put in a position, because a club like Arsenal deemed it worthy.
“They pay that money because you are worth that money. Putting it into numbers is hard, because my belief system is set up on a different thing.
“But it is an opportunity. It is an opportunity to go play, do my stuff, be the player that I know I can be – and then you will tell me if I was worth the money or not.”
