Tim Cook promised a “big week ahead” — and he wasn’t bluffing. Starting March 4 at media events in New York, Shanghai, and London, Apple is set to drop its most product-dense launch of 2026. Here’s everything expected.
Every Product Apple Is Launching This Week
What’s Actually Worth Getting Excited About
The headline product is Apple’s low-cost MacBook — the first new MacBook category in years. Powered by the A18 Pro chip in multiple fun colors (pink, yellow, blue, silver), it’s clearly aimed at students as a Chromebook alternative, starting potentially at $599. It won’t have Thunderbolt, backlit keys, or True Tone — but for everyday use, it’s more than capable.
The iPhone 17e finally gets MagSafe — the biggest missing feature from the 16e — along with Apple’s faster C1X modem and the A19 chip. At the same $599 price, it’s an easy upgrade recommendation over its predecessor.
The iPad 12th Gen is arguably the most meaningful update: it gains Apple Intelligence support for the first time, something the A16-powered 2025 model couldn’t do. Both iPads get the N1 networking chip for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.
The M5 Pro/Max MacBook Pro refresh is solid but, as TechnoSports has noted, those eyeing a MacBook Pro may want to wait — an OLED touchscreen redesign with M6 chips is expected next year.
Apple isn’t holding a keynote this time — new products will roll out via press releases before the March 4 media experience.
