YZi Labs (formerly Binance Labs) launched the second season of its EASY Residency, an eight-week program created to empower entrepreneurs operating in Web3, artificial intelligence (AI), and biotechnology.
The residency, which started on October 6, 2025, and runs through December 5, 2025, provides startups with mentorship, capital, and a global network to enable them to scale and grow.
The YZi Labs mentioned in the announcement that this year will be a four-hub expansion, with Dubai, San Francisco, New York, and Singapore, to overcome challenges encountered in the inaugural season, including visa issues and other logistical hurdles. Dubai will be the central hub and host the concluding demo day under Binance Blockchain Week.
This initiative will manage workshops, lectures, and in-person events, which will take place in each city, all connected through a shared network to encourage collaboration and community among founders.
Season 2 now includes BNB Chain’s MVB (Most Valuable Builder) accelerator, a program that has supported early-stage founders over ten previous seasons.
Startups accepted into the program can receive up to $500,000 in funding — $150,000 for 5% equity through a SAFE, plus an additional $350,000 on an uncapped SAFE. The partnership combines MVB’s structured accelerator approach with YZi Labs’ founder-focused model to help startups tackle real-world challenges.
All the participants in this program also receive mentorship from the world’s industry leaders, like CZ of Binance, Ethereum Co-Founder Vitalik Buterin, Polygon’s Sandeep Nailwal, and Paradigm’s Matt Huang, who provide advice on product development, scaling early-stage businesses, growth, and leadership.
The program focuses on stablecoins and payments, Web3 creator tools, agentic AI, and gene therapy, giving the participants knowledge and actionable insights during the eight-week residency.
