The stratospheric aircraft promises dramatically lower costs, enhanced bandwidth, minimal latency, and a 99% reduction in environmental impact. This unique certified unmanned aircraft will provide a payload capacity and endurance in the stratosphere that will also offer an ideal capability for multiple applications in addition to telecoms.
