Police Scotland have launched a probe after a woman was deliberately mowed down in Perth.
Emergency crews raced to Quarry Road in the town on Friday, November 7, at around 1.45pm after receiving a report that a woman was intentionally hit by a black Peugeot.
The woman was also taken to hospital as a precaution.
Constable Daniel Berry said: “Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident to contact us.
“We’d also ask anyone with dash-cam footage which could assist our enquiries to come forward.”
A Police Scotland spokesperson added: “Officers are appealing for information after a woman was hit by a vehicle in Perth.
“Around 1.45pm on Friday, 7 November, 2025, we received a report that the woman was deliberately hit by a black Peugeot on Quarry Road.
“She attended hospital as a precaution.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident 1757 of Friday, 7 November, 2025.”
