Wayfinder has officially launched the Open Alpha of its AI-driven crypto platform, opening the doors for users to access cross-chain trading and smart contract agents—an announcement that sparked a notable surge in the PROMPT token’s price.
After months of private testing, the platform now allows anyone to interact with AI-powered agents, including transaction, contract, perpetuals, and prediction agents. Powered by HyperliquidEVM, these agents deliver fast, efficient execution for trades, smart contracts, and cross-chain operations across multiple blockchains.
Wayfinder also features the BRAP engine, ensuring seamless token swaps, bridging, and gas management, while fiat on-ramping via Stripe lets users purchase crypto directly with a credit card.
Additionally, users can explore market opportunities on the Discovery page, which highlights top gainers, Pump.fun graduates, yield opportunities, and more.
PROMPT surge highlights growing demand for Wayfinder’s AI trading agents
The launch triggered a significant spike in the PROMPT token, which jumped 75% on August 23 and continued its rally the following day with an additional 40% gain, peaking at $0.40. As the native token of the Wayfinder platform, PROMPT is used for transactions, gas fees, and accessing premium features, making the surge a clear indicator of strong demand for the platform’s AI agents.
That said, with the RSI now deep in overbought territory at 87, a sharp correction seems likely, potentially pulling the price back toward $0.20, where the previous resistance may now act as support.
