The squad features a variety of players from veterans with international caps, to experienced Champ operators and promising young talents.

With serious competition for places within the camp, Cruse said he is “a big believer” in giving fringe players the opportunity to head out on loan, as the season wears on.
He explained: “That’s certainly an option.
“Training obviously serves a purpose and it’s a real opportunity to hone in on your skills and get better but there is nothing like playing a game.
“If we do see a couple of lads on the edge of the squad who aren’t likely to play week-in, week-out, then there will be an opportunity to go on loan and get some rugby under their belt.”
