Performance-based equity program align leadership rewards with treasury growth and market capitalization milestones
MARLTON, N.J., Aug. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Unitronix Corp. ((UTRX) (“Unitronix” or the “Company”), a blockchain company focused on real-world asset (RWA) tokenization and cryptocurrency asset management, today announced the adoption of a Milestone-Based Stock Option Program for its CEO, select advisers, and key insiders. The program grants options to purchase common shares at a fixed exercise price of $0.50 USD per share, valid for five years, with no vesting unless specific corporate growth targets are met. The plan is designed to directly link equity rewards to the achievement of ambitious, measurable performance targets that advance the Company’s long-term growth strategy.
The options have a five-year term and will vest in five equal tranches, but only if the following specific treasury asset and market capitalization milestones are met and sustained:
Treasury Asset Milestone: Company’s cumulative treasury assets – including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, other Altcoins, stablecoins, and tokenized real-world assets.Market Capitalization Milestone: Unitronix’s market cap reaches and sustains levels for at least 30 consecutive trading days.
Milestone Performance Schedule
The award is divided into five sequential tranches, with each tranche vesting only when both a treasury asset milestone and a market capitalization milestone are achieved and sustained for at least 30 consecutive trading days.
Tranche 1 requires the Company to reach a total treasury asset value of $10 million and a market capitalization of $20 million.Tranche 2 requires the Company to increase its treasury to $25 million and market cap to $50 million.Tranche 3 increases these targets to $50 million in treasury assets and $100 million in market cap.Tranche 4 raises the bar further to $100 million in treasury assets and $200 million in market cap.Tranche 5, the highest milestone, requires at least $250 million in treasury assets and $500 million in market capitalization.
Each tranche must be achieved in order, with higher milestones building on the previous ones. If both the treasury and market cap targets for a tranche are not met, the corresponding options will remain unvested and eventually expire.
