
A Turkish court on Wednesday ordered the arrest of cartoonist Dogan Pehlevan and three of his colleagues on charges of inciting “public hatred” after a drawing in their satirical magazine stirred outrage among religious conservatives and condemnation by President Tayyip Erdogan.
