Trinity Metro gives free rides to Fort Worth-area polls on Election Day
Local transit authorities Trinity Metro and DART are giving local voters free rides to the polls across Dallas-Fort Worth on Election Day, Tuesday, March 3.

Trinity Metro – Fort Worth, Tarrant County
Trinity Metro will offer free rides for voting on all local services on Tuesday, March 3. Customers who are riding to or from the polls are eligible for free rides on Trinity Metro buses, Trinity Metro On-Demand rideshare services (including paratransit) and Trinity Metro TEXRail. Free rides also include Trinity Railway Express stations in Tarrant County, including CentrePort.
To obtain a free ride, customers should notify their driver or train conductor that they are traveling to or from a voting location. Check the list of voting locations to find your best option.
DART – Dallas and surrounding cities
Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is … offering rides systemwide on Election Day, March 3, 2026. Riders can use the promotional code VOTEMAR3 in the GoPass app to receive a free local day pass to travel to and from polling locations.
The ride offer is valid on all DART buses, light rail, Silver Line, GoLink, paratransit, and TRE service within the DART service area on Election Day, March 3, 2026 only.
Riders are encouraged to plan their trip in advance using GoPass or by visiting DART.org. For more information, visit http://www.DART.org/vote.
