A woman who was allegedly raped and forced to take part in sex sessions with strangers for decades said she felt “disgusted” at having to let men “do whatever they wanted” to her, a court has heard.
The woman, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, says she was raped by 67-year-old Norfolk man Rodney Johnston and sexually assaulted by strangers in encounters arranged by him over a 30-year-period.
Norwich Crown Court heard Johnston “watched, filmed and photographed these encounters”.

The trial has heard sexual encounters with other men happened at a variety of destinations, including in hotels throughout the country.
Other locations included Thetford Forest, Bridgham, Whitlingham Lane, Norwich, Briston and Wortwell.
On Monday (July 28) the jury of six men and six women heard evidence from the woman who said Johnston “just didn’t care what happened to me”.
Jurors heard evidence via the woman’s interviews with police after Johnston’s arrest last year.
Describing incidents at hotels across the country, the woman said she would be taken by Johnston to hotels and told to “drink as much as I could” before getting there.
Once at the hotel, which would have been booked by Johnston, she said he would start ringing people to tell them what room to come to.
“People would come in,” she said. “They would take their clothes off.”
“I would be laying on the bed in the clothes he had picked and then I would be passed around different people as they came and went.”
She the visitors would take turns to have sex with her.
“It would just be like that the whole evening,” she said.
The woman said there would be anything between five and 15 men attending these sessions.
She said she remained silent and quiet throughout these sessions.
The woman said there would “sometimes be one man, sometimes there would be a group of men” taking part, but Johnston would “let them do whatever they wanted”.

“I would feel so suffocated and upset,” she said. “I felt sick during the day some days.”
The woman told police she would “always complain” about being forced to go to these places to have sex but it would “never stop him”.
When taken to locations such as Whitlingham Lane and Thetford Forest the woman said that, after pulling into car parks, Johnston would tell men there “do what you like” and referred to her as a “slag”.
She said Johnston would be “among them” taking pictures as the sexual activity with her was taking place.
She said the first time she attended a party was in Birmingham and she had thought there would be food and drink there.
But she said there were “bodies everywhere” and she had sex with another man.
She said it was “really horrible” and described how she felt “dirty” afterwards and “hated” it.
She described another incident at Thetford where Johnston was “forcibly holding my head” as she lay on a table in a car park in Thetford.
She said there were “a lot of people” on this occasion with between 10 and 15 people involved in sexual activity with her.
Telling detectives about an occasion in Norwich in the mid 1990s when she was raped, she said she was tied to a bed by Johnston who was “really rough” with her.
She said she was “crying” and “shouting at him to get off me” as she kicked out at him.
The woman said she was “really upset” and “just wanted to get out of there”.
Johnston is accused of eight offences, including rape, three counts of procuring a woman to have sexual intercourse by threats or intimidation and two counts of causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent and intimidation.
The defendant, who is represented by Christopher Paxton KC, has denied all charges.
The trial, which is expected to last eight weeks, continues.
