The service uses AI to analyze real-time news and disclosures, identifying market trends and industry connections for investors
Toss Securities announced on the 12th that it has launched a market analysis service called ‘AI Signal’ utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
‘AI Signal’ analyzes news and disclosure data through AI to identify reasons for market fluctuations in real time, providing core summaries of price movement causes in industries that customers hold or are interested in. The service also presents associations between related industries and issues, helping investors grasp market trends at a glance.
Toss Securities explained that it enhanced the technical completeness of this service by applying three self-developed AI technologies: ▲news classification ▲translation ▲Reasoning (Reasoning).
A news classification model selects information impacting the market from thousands of daily news articles and disclosures, automatically categorizing related sectors. This is combined with a proprietary translation model specialized in financial terminology and numerical processing to quickly and accurately interpret overseas news and disclosure information.
The Reasoning technology applied to this service logically infers causes of stock price fluctuations by comparing and verifying information from diverse sources. The service is accessible via the ‘Interest’ tab in Toss Securities’ Mobile Trading System (MTS).
A source from Toss Securities stated, “We expect this service to reduce information fatigue amid overwhelming data and help investors better understand market trends. Going forward, we plan to focus on creating an environment where customers can take the lead in investing through continuous AI technology advancement.”
