Providence, RI Elite Commercial Realty Group, in collaboration with HomeSmart, celebrated the graduation of the Commercial TOP DOGS Class of 2025, marking the successful completion of an intensive commercial real estate training program focused on building high-performing CRE professionals.
The TOP DOGS program, led by Michael Alves, trainer and program leader, is designed to provide agents with real-world commercial expertise, including market analysis, deal structuring, prospecting strategies, and disciplined execution. The 2025 class demonstrated outstanding commitment by fully engaging in the program and applying its principles to live commercial scenarios.
