Varanasi, Feb 19 (UNI) The state-level training workshop for the North-East Zone of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Bihar, under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Training Maha Abhiyan-2026, concluded on Thursday at the Central Tibetan Higher Education Institute in Sarnath, Varanasi, with ideological resolutions and organizational strategies.
Senior officials, public representatives, and key organizational leaders from all three states participated in the meeting. They deliberated extensively on strengthening the organization from the booth level to the national level.
In the inaugural session, guests lit lamps and offered flowers to the portraits of Bharat Mata, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, and Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee. Following this, everyone sang Vande Mataram collectively. The program concluded with the national anthem.
National Co-Organization General Secretary Shiv Prakash, while addressing, said that building an organization through individual development, and building a nation through organization development — this is the core objective of the BJP. Organized for this purpose, this training campaign is a great sacrifice for nation-building. He stated that training is a continuous process that fosters the intellectual and ideological development of its workers.
Shiv Prakash further stated that the BJP is the world’s largest political organization today, and with it, its responsibilities have also increased significantly. Training of workers is essential to meet the growing expectations of the public. He described this campaign as a great sacrifice that strengthens the resolve for nation-building and emphasized the need to conduct the training camps with simplicity and social cooperation. He also emphasized the need to inculcate social harmony, self-reliance, indigenous thinking, discipline, and nationalism.
National General Secretary Tarun Chugh provided detailed information about the outline, objectives, and methodology of the training campaign through a PPT presentation. He stated that Mandal-level workshops will be held from March 7th to April 14th, and district-level workshops from April 15th to May 20th, followed by state-level training.
Tarun Chugh stated that Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya’s principles of Integral Humanism and Antyodaya are the foundation of the BJP’s ideology. This mega training campaign is not merely an organizational program, but a campaign of ideological empowerment, which will imbue every worker with the spirit of “Nation First.”
In the third and fourth sessions of the program, seven teams held group discussions on a total of 14 topics. These included the BJP’s history and development, election management, ideological foundation, the role of coordination, methodology, ideology, organizational expansion, worker development, booth management, office operations, government achievements, Modi government schemes, social media and the NaMo app, AI-based SARAL apps, and challenges facing the nation.
Union Minister of State for Finance and Uttar Pradesh BJP State President Pankaj Chaudhary said that the BJP is the only party that pays special attention to the training of its workers. Through this campaign, workers from the booth level to the state level will be connected with the organization’s working methods, government policies, and the core mantra of public service.
National Co-Organization General Secretary Shiv Prakash, National General Secretary Tarun Chugh, union Minister of State for Finance and State President Pankaj Chaudhary, National Minister Om Prakash Dhankhar, Co-ordinator V. Satish, Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, Laxmikant Vajpayee and Uttarakhand State President Mahendra Bhatt were present on the stage in the workshop.
