President Bola Tinubu has extended heartfelt birthday felicitations to two key figures: Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sunday Aneke, and Zinox Group founder, Stanley Ekeh, praising their patriotism, innovation and service to Nigeria.
In separate State House press releases dated February 21, 2026, issued by Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, President Tinubu congratulated Air Marshal Aneke, joining his family and friends in celebration. “The President joins Air Marshal Aneke’s family and friends to celebrate this special occasion and to pray that God Almighty grant him continued wisdom, strength and good health as he leads the Nigerian Air Force,” the statement said.
Tinubu commended the air chief’s “patriotism, professionalism, and commitment to the defence of the nation’s sovereignty,” urging him to “redouble efforts in strengthening security operations and in safeguarding the nation’s territorial integrity.” The President wished Aneke “many happy returns”.
Tinubu also hailed Ekeh, who turns 70 on February 22, as “one of Nigeria’s pioneering innovators in the information technology sector.” He recalled the 2001 launch of Zinox Technologies Limited, calling it “a groundbreaking moment for indigenous technology production.”
The President acknowledged Ekeh’s role in boosting Nigeria’s manufacturing and IT ecosystem, describing him as “a pace-setter and dynamic industrialist” committed to “promoting the Nigerian brand and creating opportunities for young Nigerians.” Tinubu wished the Zinox chairman “good health and more years of groundbreaking accomplishments” on his Platinum Jubilee.
