There was one thing missing from this medical drama teaser and it has fans absolutely livid.
Season 1 of The Pitt hinted at some major cast exits. Is Dr. Frank Langdon (Patrick Ball) returning? We have still yet to learn.
Season 2 looks like it’ll be a summertime clencher. “The Pitt” was created by R. Scott Gemmill and executive produced by John Wells and Noah Wyle.
Many of the show’s diehard fans immediately identified what was missing from the teaser and expressed concern for the character’s safety.
The teaser footage shows Dr. Michael Robinovitch, played by Noah Wyle, cruising around I-279 on his motorcycle, in all likelihood toward the Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center to the tunes of The Clarks’ timbered pop ballad “Better Off Without You.”
Fans of the show seemed to overlook Dr. Robby’s shades and some even admired his crisp haircut in the teaser for a Fourth of July episode but most drew a hard line against a missing, crucial piece of biker safety.
Comments under the online video chide the show’s main character for knowing better than to drive his motorcycle without wearing a helmet and crossing the yellow line to pass an operating ambulance on his way to work.
The Pitt, an American medical procedural drama television series starring Noah Wyle and Katharine LaNasa, will not feature Tracy Ifeachor in Season 2. The show is expected to return to HBO Max on January 8.
