The two 34-year-olds forged similar paths to the heights of New York City political power — cutting their teeth in antiwar and pro-Palestinian college campus activism and toiling in lefty nonprofits before making the leap into state government.
“Few have played a more central role in this movement, or in every victory we have achieved together in the Assembly, than Elle,” Mamdani gushed Monday, with Bisgaard-Church standing serenely by his side — as he announced her elevation to City Hall chief of staff.
An Ivy League grad from California, Bisgaard-Church’s path with Mamdani intertwined when she became chief of staff for his state Assembly office upon his election in 2020.
She then jumped in with both feet as he launched his bid for mayor, serving as campaign manager — and getting widely credited for his stunning Democratic primary win — and then as senior adviser.
But Bisgaard-Church fiercely guards her privacy, eschewing social media and rarely granting interviews as the socialist Queens assemblyman turned mayor-elect Mamdani revels in the spotlight.
Her wedding over the summer wasn’t covered in The New York Times or acknowledged on Politico’s Playbook, unlike the nuptials of other high-profile government operatives, and she’s also never appeared on a “City & State Power List,” according to the outlet.
NOT to be overlooked, the Chief-of-Staff (COS), the architect, at his side was schooled/poisoned at the Ivies – that which has been proven herein beyond six ways to Sunday.
MIND you, a mere day after MAMDANI catapulted towards the destruction of NYC, etc., an update at the above link became mandatory. Its basis surrounded a “newsflash” that was reported by an absolute powerhouse re Islam and related menaces. However, Linda Sarsour, the NY based referenced Muslima’s jihadi nexus was reported by this writer, that is, back in 2017. Hmm.
{UPDATE, Nov. 6, 2025: Indeed, the esteemed Middle East Forum agrees with this Islamic jihadi expert, namely, by citing MAMDANI’s initial backer and mentor: Linda Sarsour! She was spotlighted – though, heaven forfend, hardly ever mentioned by Gotham’s honchos. Ask yourself: Why the omerta?
Mamdani’s political mentor, Linda Sarsour, boasted that the Hamas-linked nonprofit Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) was the “largest institutional donor to the pro-Zohran PAC.” Public records confirm the connections: CAIR Action funneled money to the “Unity and Justice Fund PAC.” That political action committee dropped $120,000 into the pro-Mamdani Super PAC. This prompted former governor and mayoral race opponent Andrew Cuomo to blast Mamdani for taking money from an organization whose leader was “happy about October 7.”
BUT never mind. Back in July 2017, she was outed by yours truly – to the point that NYC leadership was immediately notified. As always, they played possum!
ALL in all, it is unfathomable to contemplate: Post the total evisceration of their masks, sane Americans may still sit on the sidelines, that is, by tolerating the status quo ala their nihilistic designs!
