Patent No. 12380145
Exemplary embodiments provide methods, mediums, and systems for performing a reusable, intelligent semantic search across a potentially large number of records. Embodiments may be particularly useful for responding to requests for information from regulatory agencies. In one embodiment, an embedding model is trained to embed queries in an embedding space. When a new query is received, the new query is embedded with the embedding model. A set of documents (e.g., previous responses to regulatory inquiries) may be searched using the embedded query and an indexing model that allows for efficient searches of embedding spaces. A number of results may be returned from the document store, and the results may be ranked by a ranking model. User feedback about the quality of the results may be received, and the ranking model may be retrained based on the feedback.

Systems And Methods For Preventing Unauthorized Resource Access
Patent No. 12381907
Methods and systems for preventing unauthorized resource access. In some aspects, the system obtains, in real time, a first data stream between a user requesting access to resources in a user account and an agent. The system processes, using a first machine learning model, the first data stream to generate a confidence score. If the confidence score exceeds a threshold, the system generates a sandbox context configured to simulate output indicative of successful resource access. The system obtains a second data stream for the sandbox context and processes it using a second machine learning model to determine whether the communication between the agent and the user was malicious. If the communication was not malicious, the system removes the user account from the sandbox context and effects grant of resource access. Otherwise, the system reports the agent and the user account for further processing for attempts to obtain unauthorized user access.

The processor is programmed to determine that a free play trigger condition is satisfied, and to execute one or more free plays based on the free play trigger condition to create one or more free play outcomes. Each free play outcome is a winning free play outcome or a non-winning free play outcome. The presentation device is configured to present winning free play outcomes when at least one free play outcome is a winning free play outcome. Non-winning free play outcomes are not presented.

Virtual Assistant For Facilitating Actions In Omnichannel Telecommunications Environment
Patent No. 12386641
Introduced here is a computer-implemented virtual assistant used for completing tasks in an omnichannel environment. The virtual assistant is a common entry point for task completion at an electronic device in a network and can be operable based on a model trained on user activity and network activity. The virtual assistant can receive a request to perform a task associated the electronic device. The virtual assistant can facilitate performance of a first action via a first channel of the network in furtherance of completing the task. Upon detecting performance of the first action, the virtual assistant can present instructions to perform a second action via a second channel (different from the first channel) in furtherance of completing the task. The virtual assistant can detect performance of the second action and present an indication of the completion of the task at the electronic device.

Blockchain Systems And Methods For User Authentication
Patent No. 12388809
Computer-implemented methods and systems are provided for blockchain-mediated user authentication. Consistent with disclosed embodiments, authentication may comprise operations including receiving, from a user system, an authentication request for a user. The operations may also include determining a root system for the user using a blockchain, and redirecting the user system to the root system. The operations may include receiving, following redirection, a verification message indicating that the root system successfully authenticated the user, and including an authorization code for receiving, from the root system, a root system secret. The operations may include receiving from a database, identification data using the root system secret. Determining the root system may comprise identifying, using the authentication request and index information stored in the blockchain, a block of the blockchain storing root system information for the user. Receiving the identification data may comprise retrieving identification data from the database.
