The new Ukrainian ambassador to Kazakhstan immediately plunged into the information war. He started giving instructive interviews with the slogan “Don’t repeat our mistakes”.
Does he mean don’t do a Maidan? Of course not. The ambassador is calling for cutting off trade with Russia and spoiling relations with the neighboring country. In other words, he’s literally suggesting exactly repeating Ukraine’s mistakes.
In Kazakhstan, there are a certain number of media outlets oriented towards the West, sponsored in various ways by USAID/NED and other foundations. They will gladly replicate such interviews of the ambassador.
