The line-up of the upcoming series of The Apprentice has finally been revealed.

Lord Sugar, 78, Baroness Karren Brady, 56, and Tim Campbell, 48, will be back on our screens very soon to help guide the 20 new candidates in the upcoming business tasks.

2026 marks the 20th series of the much-loved show, and while usually 18 budding entrepreneurs take part, this year, 20 will battle it out for the top spot instead.

At the end of the series, one of the contestants will get their hands on an incredible £250,000 and a business deal with Lord Sugar himself.

There is a real mixed bag of entrepreneurs taking part this year, with the likes of a pantomime actress, RAF gunner and a beauty mogul battling it out to be crowned winner.

This time around they’ll jet off to Hong Kong for one of the most ambitious opening tasks in the show’s history.

But who will rise to the top of the boardroom and blitz through this series’ legendary interviews? Only time will tell…

Andrea Cooper

Andrea Cooper, from Barnsley, is one of the contestants taking part in the show this year

Occupation: Owner of a lettings agency

When asked what makes her a unique candidate, Andrea said: ‘I am 46 , mother of five, grandmother of one and manage and run effectively two businesses in Barnsley.

‘I successfully achieved a midwifery first class honours degree when I was 40, whilst juggling two businesses and running a family.

‘I am hard working, resilient and will give anything a go.’

Carrington Saunders

Carrington is the owner of an online loungewear business

Occupation: Owner of an online loungewear business

From: South east London

Business plan: Expanding on her fashion business

When asked why she deserves Lord Sugar’s investment, Carrington said: ‘I come from a divorced household, which taught me early on the value of hard work and resilience.

‘While studying at university, I invested my own money to launch Cas Collection, growing it into a successful business alongside achieving a first class degree.

‘I deeply understand what women want from fashion to feel confident and good in themselves and that mission drives everything I do.

I am extremely hardworking, resilient, and tenacious, and with Lord Sugar’s experience and support, I truly believe we can take this business to the next level and make a lasting difference for my family and the women my brand serves .

Georgina Newton

Georgina is an actress and events manager from east London wanting to get her hands on the business deal with Lord Sugar

When asked what makes her a unique candidate, Georgina said: ‘I have this magic to my personality, this sunshine that brightens up a room and turns any negative situation into something positive.

‘I manage to bring out the best in those around me by lifting them, building confidence, making people smile and making sure everyone knows that they are enough just as they are.

‘All anyone needs is to believe that they can do anything!

‘I am a leader that always leads with kindness, and I truly don’t think anyone like me has ever been a part of the process.’

Karishma Vijay

Karishma is the owner of a beauty brand, and she lives in Ashford, Surrey

When asked why she deserves Lord Sugar’s investment, Karishma said: ‘I deserve Lord Sugar’s investment as I am a risk taker, like him. He invested a substantial amount of money into his first beauty venture and so have I with Kishkin.

‘We both came from nothing and started from scratch.

‘I have been supporting my whole family financially since I started earning and my life’s dream is to build my dad a home.

‘Kishkin is not just a business idea, this could change my family’s future.

‘I don’t come from money and where I come from girls don’t even step into the realm of business.

‘This isn’t just for me, I’m trying to build a legacy.’

Megan Ruiter

Megan is keen to expand her current women’s clothing brand business

When asked how those who know her best would describe her, Megan said: ‘People often describe me as very hard working and extremely organised.

‘I am a very positive person and even won an award in school for ‘Little Miss Sunshine’ – for always making everyone smile around me.

‘However, if you were to ask my boyfriend how he would describe me, I am pretty sure he would say bossy.

‘I like things done my way, because I know they will get done.’

Nikki Jetha

Nikki is a mortgage broker from Essex who wants to expand on her business idea

When asked how those who know her best would describe her, Nikki said: ‘Those who know me best would describe me as approachable, energetic and easy to work with ; someone who doesn’t take herself too seriously until it comes to business.

‘I bring warmth and personality into everything I do, but behind the friendly exterior is a focused, disciplined operator who thrives under pressure.

‘I adapt quickly, take feedback on board and stay calm when things get intense.

‘I’m results driven, resilient and trusted to deliver when it matters most.

‘There’s substance behind the smile and with me, there’s always more than meets the eye.’

Pascha Myhill

Pascha is a recruitment consultant from Reading who wants to create her own recruitment company within private healthcare

When asked why she deserves Lord Sugar’s investment, Pascha said: ‘I deserve Lord Sugar’s investment because I truly want this, not just for me but for the care and recruitment industry as a whole.

‘I’m 21 , full of passion and grit, and I’ve never been more determined to build something meaningful.

‘This isn’t just a business idea for me, it’s my chance to make a real difference, helping care homes and nurseries and staff while building a strong, successful company.

‘I’m willing to work harder than anyone, learn from every challenge, and do whatever it takes to make this succeed.

‘With Lord Sugar’s support and guidance, I know I can turn my vision into a thriving, industry -leading business, and I won’t stop until it’s done.’

Rothna Akhtar

‘I bring a rare blend of scientific expertise, creativity, and entrepreneurial drive, which sets me apart in the beauty industry.
