Mack Wilberg has served as music director of The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square since 2008, overseeing all musical and creative elements for the Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square. His leadership spans rehearsals, concerts, tours, recordings, and the weekly broadcast of “Music & the Spoken Word.”
A renowned composer, arranger, guest conductor, and clinician, Mack’s work is performed across the United States and internationally. His compositions and arrangements are widely recorded and embraced by choral ensembles around the world.
I spoke with Mack two years ago and was fortunate enough to meet up with him before the hugely popular Tabernacle Choir Christmas concert a few weeks ago. Here’s what I asked him:
