VIP Entertainment Technologies Inc. Enters Into Platform Partnership with Candicode
Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire – December 1 9 , 2025 – VIP Entertainment Technologies Inc. (TSSV:VIP) (the “Company”) announces that it has entered into a Platform Use and Content Operation Agreement, effective December 18, 2025, in connection with the integration of third-party digital content onto its Alchemist Republic platform.
Under the agreement, the Company will support the operation and commercialization of select digital content through the Alchemist Republic platform.
The content covered under the Agreement includes:
* AFK Battle: Idle Princess, an RPG game title that has previously been live-serviced in the market and for which ownership has since been consolidated under the content operator. The version expected to launch in connection with Alchemist Republic is anticipated to include upgraded features and enhancements compared to the previously serviced version; and
* CRUSH, a proprietary digital content platform designed to support game-related services and digital asset functionality

The version expected to be launched in connection with Alchemist Republic is anticipated to include functional and content upgrades.
The agreement includes a platform-level revenue sharing arrangement limited to fees generated from blockchain-enabled features, including the use and trading of NFTs and other platform-based digital assets by users introduced through the Content.
The initial term of the agreement is one (1) year, subject to renewal by mutual agreement.
The agreement was entered into in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and includes a related party component.
The completion of the transactions remains subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
