THREED CAPITAL INC. RELEASES RESULTS FOR THE THREE AND SIX MONTHS ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2025
ThreeD Capital Inc. has released its unaudited results as at and for the three and six months ended Dec. 31, 2025.
As at Dec. 31, 2025, the company had cash, investments and digital assets of $23.4-million.
As at Dec. 31, 2025, net asset value per share was 27 cents as compared with 40 cents as at June 30, 2025.
Sheldon Inwentash, chairman and chief executive officer, stated: “During the quarter, ThreeD focused on increasing its investments in digital assets that we believe will contribute to the company’s long-term investment strategy. While market conditions resulted in an overall decrease in the value of digital assets compared to June 30, 2025, ThreeD remains optimistic about these investments and the potential gains the company could ultimately realize.”
Additionally, ThreeD announces that it will no longer be releasing its unaudited net asset value per share (NAV) on a monthly basis. Instead, the company will include the NAV within its quarterly financial results press releases to aid shareholders with analysis of company performance that can be analyzed with the company’s quarterly unaudited financial statements.
