Following the season 1 finale of Stick on Apple TV+, is there a chance that a season 2 will happen? On paper, it feels like a sure thing; yet, at the same time, we’ve been around the TV world long enough to know that there are some occasional surprises.
Now, let’s just go ahead and say the following: It would be a shock if the Owen Wilson show does not come back. First and foremost, let’s just go ahead and note that it performs really well in the streaming service’s top ten list. While Apple does not reveal official view counts, there is still enough here that makes us think that this is a runaway hit and then some.

The biggest question we are left to wonder here is just how long Apple is going to wait before something more is announced … and we do think it could take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a few months.
Well, first and foremost, remember that it does take time to write and film a series like this, and you also have to work around Wilson’s availability. With a lot of streaming shows, including comedies like this one, it can take anywhere from 15 to 18 months to get a show back on the air. This is a process that can take a little bit of time. The most important thing is that the series keeps its tone, and we are of course curious to learn a little bit more about if there are other people who are in the golf world and would love to appear. Are there any white whales in particular the producers would love to get?
