The US President Donald Trump’s three oldest children – Ivanka, Eric and Donald Trump Jr. are set to lose millions in inheritance as the price of their mother Ivana Trump’s New York townhouse dropped significantly since her untimely demise in 2022.
The former wife of the President passed away from blunt impact injuries to the torso when she fell down a flight of stairs at the palatial home on July 14, 2022. Subsequently, the house became a part of her estate, with her three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric, named as the primary beneficiaries.

According to the New York Post, the six-story, 8,725-square-foot townhouse on East 64th Street includes five bedrooms and five full bathrooms. A gated elevator and a sweeping curved staircase connect the floors, while the interiors showcase lavish details such as a crystal chandelier, silk wallpaper, and a gold-embossed fireplace. The home also features a media room and a private sauna, adding to its luxurious appeal.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Ivana purchased the property in 1992 for $2.5 million, shortly after her divorce from Donald Trump.
After Ivana’s passing, the property was initially listed for $26.5 million, but after nearly a year on the market, the price dropped to $22.5 million before the listing was temporarily removed.
In June 2024, it returned with a reduced asking price of $19.5 million. Now, three years later in 2025, the townhouse has faced yet another cut, with the New York Post reporting its current listing at $17.9 million.
