The fair was held under the patronage of His Excellency Mr. Abdul Rahman Badah Abdul Rahman Al-Mutairi, Minister of Information and Culture, and Minister of State for Youth Affairs, at The Arena Kuwait in 360 Mall. With its growing popularity and success in its previous editions, the Watheefti Career Fair aligns with stc’s strategic approach to empowering the youth and attracting Kuwaiti talent to its growing workforce.

Additionally, stc participated in a booth where visitors got a chance to meet members of the stc family, who will share insights on the available career opportunities, application processes, and the Company’s workplace culture. Exclusive offers was also available at the booth through stc’s ‘Youth from stc’ packages, which are designed to meet the digital needs of young customers. stc representatives shared insights on the benefits of these packages as well as other telecom and digital solutions offered by the Company.

The 3-day event, that took place from October 16 to 18, 2025, featured a full program of keynote sessions, panel discussions, and interactive workshops led by industry mentors and HR experts. The Watheefti Career Fair hosted over 120 leading employers from 14 industries, including banking and finance, investment and real estate, technology, education, insurance, industrial, and F&B, among others. Visitors had the opportunity to explore company booths, network directly with recruiters, attend on-site interviews, and apply for internships or full-time roles in real time.
