New York Liberty teammates Natasha Cloud and Isabelle Harrison recently divulged details about their relationship, which began quietly four years ago, in a feature by the “New York Times.”
“When I’m with Tash, I’m not just Isabelle, I’m also girlfriend,” Harrison said in the story published this month. “There’s times where I’m just like, OK, I need to go to my room.”
Their relationship is notable as Cloud is openly “bisexual” and Harrison previously identified as “straight,” but they found “love” and are now a celebrated power couple within the WNBA.
The pair started dating after meeting during a challenging period in Cloud’s life, she revealed on “The Pivot Podcast” in March 2025.
The details of their first encounter are private, but the relationship became public when both players joined the Liberty and their relationship became more visible on social media and in interviews.
Harrison is an agile and resilient big who excels at securing rebounds, setting screens, and disrupting opponents, while Cloud is a tough, smart, and skilled veteran guard who provides leadership.
The Liberty fired coach Sandy Brondello on Tuesday following the team’s first-round playoff loss to the Phoenix Mercury.
