Sitowise Group Plc Annual Financial Report 4 March 2026 at 9:00 a.m. (EET)
Sitowise Group Plc’s annual reporting package 2025 has been released. The package consists of the Annual Review, which includes the Report of the Board of Directors and the Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year 1.1.-31.12.2025, the Corporate Governance Statement, and the Remuneration Report. The Annual Review has been published in both Finnish and English.
The Report of the Board of Directors includes the Sustainability Statement which has been prepared in accordance with EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). KPMG Oy Ab has verified Sitowise Group Oyj’s Sustainability Statement with limited assurance.
The audit firm KPMG Oy Ab has provided an independent auditor’s assurance report with reasonable assurance in accordance with ISAE 3000 regarding the Sitowise Group Plc’s ESEF Consolidated Financial Statements.
The Annual Review 2025, the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report are attached as pdf documents to this release, as well as a report in xHTML format according to the ESEF regulation.
