Say hello to the e.l.f. Glow Reviver Melting Lip Balm! It’s described as a rich, yet “buttery light” scented lip balm that gives the lips a nice tint of buildable color. The balm contains ingredients such as shea butter, mango butter, cocoa butter, and a hyaluronic acid blend, to help keep lips nourished for hours on end.
