
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – On New Year’s Day, SGMC Health celebrated the birth of its first baby of 2026.
Baby Landon Andersen was born to proud parents, Cassandra Jones and Leon Andersen.
The family received a congratulatory gift basket from the SGMC Health Volunteer Auxiliary, known as the “Pink Ladies.”
The United Nations Children’s Fund estimates that more than 10,000 babies will be born in the U.S. across the country on New Year’s Day.
