Anti-immigration protestors were filmed belting out ‘Tommy Robinson’ chants at a demonstration outside of a Scottish hotel housing asylum seekers.
The Save Our Future & Our Kids Futures demo took place outside the Cladhan Hotel, in Falkirk on Saturday, September 13, and several well-known asylum dissenters were spotted in attendance, reports The Daily Record.
Claire Mackie-Brown, a Reform UK councillor was pictured alongside Richard McFarlane, of Patriotic Alternative. The group were seen with a saltire flag and a blue and red flag bearing the slogan ‘Secure our Borders’.
They sang: “Oh, Tommy, Tommy! Tommy, Tommy, Tommy, Tommy Robinson!”
A video of the protest was posted on the Stand up to Racism – Scotland Facebook page.
The caption alongside the video said: “‘Tommy Robinson’ chanting from the ‘not racist’ Save Our Future & Our Kids Futures’ protest in Falkirk this morning.
“This is supposed to be their first ‘stewarded’ event to look ‘respectable’ as even their own supporters are ‘getting annoyed by certain banners and messages’ that expose their movement as racist and far-right.
“These ‘defenders of women’ are chanting over and trying to disrupt the speech of an anti-racist woman who has come out to defend refugees living at the hotel.
“100 anti-racists have out-numbered the 75 racist anti-refugee Save Our Future & Our Kids Futures protest. Solidarity to all the anti-fascists who have travelled to London today to oppose Nazi Tommy Robinson!”

A later post said: “Reform UK Cllr Claire Mackie-Brown pictured with fascist organiser Richard McFarlane at today’s anti-refugee Save Our Future & Our Kids Futures demo in Falkirk.
“They both shared a speaker’s platform on the first Save Our Futures protest outside the Cladhan Hotel in August this year where McFarlane said ‘Keep Britain white’. This protest also featured the shocking ‘Kill ’em All’ banner.
When asked to comment on the demonstration today, a Stand up to Racism – Scotland spokesperson said: “Save Our Future & Our Kids Futures are a far-right Trojan horse, peddling scapegoating lies under the false banner of community concern.”
The statement added: “Save Our Future & Our Kids Futures (SOFOKF) deny they are racist or ‘affiliated with or supported by any far-right, extremist’ groups.
“However, all of their protests have featured fascist and far-right groups such as Patriotic Alternative and Homeland, with Sieg Heiling at their demonstrations.
“SOFOKF claim to stand for veterans, with many veterans having fought against fascism; it is an insult to them that SOFOKF openly allow Sieg Heiling and have welcomed fascists to speak at their demos.
“They have also from the beginning maintained they are a ‘local group’ that is only concerned about local issues in Falkirk. However, last weekend a delegation from their group travelled to the Bell Hotel in Epping, “showing support” to the anti-refugee protesters.
“The people of Falkirk deserve to see this for what it is, a far-right Trojan horse, not a grassroots movement. If you are join the SOFOKF racist protests, these are the people you are standing with.”
When asked for comment, Patriotic Alternative responded: “Scotland for the Scots.” Reform UK and Save Our Future & Our Kids Futures were also approached for comment on today’s demonstration.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We are aware of planned protest activity due to take place in Falkirk on Saturday, 13 September, 2025. A proportionate policing plan is in place to ensure public safety and minimise disruption.”
