P-pop boy group SB19’s management company, 1Z Entertainment, has opened auditions for a new batch of artist trainees, offering aspiring performers a chance to train under the same banner that represents the P-pop powerhouse.
On Friday, Jan. 9, 1Z said selected trainees will work closely with experienced artists and mentors while undergoing workshops and training sessions designed to develop their skills and creativity.
“1Z Entertainment is thrilled to announce that we are now actively seeking the next set of talented individuals to join our trainee pool,” it said.
“This is your chance to work closely with experienced artists and mentors, participate in exciting workshops and training sessions,” it added.
The company also said that trainees will gain hands-on industry experience and collaborate with others who share the same passion for the arts.
The auditions are open to applicants aged 15 to 25, with no restrictions on gender or ethnicity. Individuals with skills in singing, dancing, rapping, or modeling are encouraged to apply, as well as those willing to learn new disciplines.
Applicants must complete an online form and submit two one-minute videos — one showcasing dance ability and another highlighting vocal performance. The application period runs from Jan. 9 to Jan. 23.
SB19 debuted in 2018 under ShowBT Philippines before establishing 1Z Entertainment in 2023. The group is currently preparing for Wakas at Simula: The Trilogy Finale, set for April 18 at the SMDC Festival Grounds.
