
Saturday Night Live returned this weekend and decided to tap into the latest news that is making waves in the college football world.
During its cold open, the SNL cast took a crack at former Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore, who was fired for an alleged inappropriate relationship with a staffer.

The episode began with President Donald Trump, played by James Austin Johnson, hosting a press conference aboard Air Force One, while Ashley Padilla played White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.
“Pretty amazing that I could just openly simp over my young blonde subordinate. It’s giving Michigan football coach. Can we get a close-up? Let’s get a close-up on her mouth. It’s one of my dot mouths. I love that mouth. Look at that.”
Following his firing, Moore was taken into custody for an alleged assault.

Moore now faces third-degree home invasion, stalking, and breaking and entering charges.
“Former Michigan coach Sherrone Moore has been charged with home invasion in the third degree, stalking, and breaking and entering,” On3 shared on X.
The Wolverines will now look to find their head coach, though the team will face some difficult circumstances after the job opened following the main wave of hirings across the nation.
