Sands China Ltd. held its third Responsible Gaming Parent-Child Happy Carnival last month at The Londoner Macao, bringing together around 160 team members, local NGO representatives, and their children for an afternoon of activities promoting healthy financial habits.
Organised in cooperation with five NGOs, the event supported the government’s “Seeking Help for Winning the Future” responsible gaming initiative.
The carnival featured 12 interactive activities designed to encourage parents and children to learn about financial literacy and rational decision-making in a family setting.
Guests of honour included representatives from the Liaison Office, the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau, the Social Welfare Bureau, and local universities.
Sands China, the first Macau operator to introduce a self-exclusion programme in 2004, has been developing responsible gaming initiatives for nearly two decades.
