· Oversee company website, social media platforms, and marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, project portfolios).
· Coordinate with the marketing department on marketing campaigns, site branding, and project promotions.
· Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and developers.
· Handle key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
· Respond to client inquiries, follow up on leads, and manage after-sales engagement.
· Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the construction sector.
· Monitor pricing trends, market demand, and project pipelines.
· Provide strategic insights to management for business expansion and market positioning.
· Identify relevant tenders and project opportunities.
· Coordinate preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
· Liaise with technical, procurement, and finance teams during bid preparation.
· Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with tender requirements.
· Lead and supervise the sales and marketing team.
· Set KPIs and monitor team performance against targets.
· Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to junior sales and marketing staff.
· Collaborate with operations, production, and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
· Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
· Strong understanding of Manufacturing – building materials and market dynamics is an added advantage.
· 8 years’ and above experience in marketing, training, or a related role.
