According to a joint report by Reuters and blockchain analysts at Recoveris, the Russian intelligence is secretly issuing payments to teenagers and low-level recruits in cryptocurrency. This cash is utilized to do the spying illegally, propagandize, and even vandalize and burn houses in Europe.
