A RUNCORN primary school will be hosting two free forest school events.
Weston Point Primary Academy is offering the sessions to children across the borough who will be starting reception in September 2026.
Forest School is a child-centred learning process which provides opportunity to boost confidence, curiosity and connection with nature and sustainability, all the while developing social skills and wellbeing.
Set in the heart of nature, these sessions offer families a chance to build a Gruffalo den and experience the magic of outdoor learning. Children will explore the natural world through play, discovery and hands-on activities that spark imagination and build confidence.
The free events will take place on Saturday, July 12, and Sunday, July 20, with both days starting at 11am and finishing at 1pm.
Spaces are limited, so registration is encouraged. To book your place or learn more, please visit here.
