RockFlow, a Singapore-based AI-driven fintech company, has closed a new financing round reportedly worth tens of millions of U.S. dollars. The round was led by a central global digital financial services platform, with continued participation from existing backers Lanchi Ventures, Monolith Management, Forwest Capital, and Evergreen.
The investment marks a significant milestone for the company as it intensifies development of its proprietary financial AI agent and accelerates its international expansion strategy.
The new funding will strengthen RockFlow’s AI agent Bobby, the company’s large-scale financial model built to execute sophisticated investment analysis and trading functions. The capital will also expand RockFlow’s global footprint as it seeks to bring AI-native financial services to users worldwide.
The financing follows the strong performance of RockAlpha, RockFlow’s AI Stock Trading Arena, which tested large language models in real-market scenarios. The stress test demonstrated that Bobby can autonomously handle complex trading strategies during volatile market conditions, signaling a shift from passive AI advisory tools to fully active agentic financial decision-making.
RockFlow’s parent group also recently secured key regulatory licenses from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, including Type 1 for Dealing in Securities, Type 4 for Advising on Securities, and Type 9 for Asset Management. These approvals equip the company to operate regulated financial services in Hong Kong, enabling it to scale into additional markets.
The company plans to expand its product line into new financial verticals, including brokerage, trusts, stablecoins, and digital banking. This broadened scope aligns with its ambition to build an All In One platform that unifies traditional equities with emerging assets including crypto, Real World Assets, and private equity.
RockFlow currently serves users in more than 40 countries and has received multiple investments from top global USD funds and prominent technology founders. Its platform supports US and Hong Kong stock trading and includes features such as Auto DIP, simplified options, and copy trading. In 2025, the company formally introduced Bobby, positioning it as the world’s first financial AI agent designed to guide users through the complete investment cycle using natural language.
