Wellgistics Health filed a detailed S-1 form with the SEC outlining its vision to use XRP not just for payments but also as a strategic financial asset. The company aims to use XRP for B2B transactions, treasury reserves, collateral, and even capital-raising activities. The filing also highlights a $50 million fund from LDA Capital that will support the development of XRP infrastructure within the firm.
While Ripple continues to battle regulatory challenges with the SEC, this move strengthens XRP’s image in the market.
