A major mixed-use destination has been acquired in a significant new investment for Coventry. Earlsdon Park comprises various buildings occupied by several leading organisations, including Premier Inn.
Situated on Butts Road, the 3.65-acre site includes a 100-bed Premier Inn, 23,000 square feet of Grade A offices, and the Albany Theatre. It also features a 72,000-square-foot HQ-style office building and Earlsdon One.
Tenants currently occupying Earlsdon Park are Premier Inn, Foundever GB, and Coventry City Council. Developer MCR Property Group are converting empty office space into ‘flexible serviced workspace’ as part of a wider project.

Sustainability upgrades and operational improvements are also planned to future-proof the buildings. While the sale price remains undisclosed, the site had reportedly been listed with Savills for £16.5m.
Martin Brown, Director of Commercial Property at MCR Property Group, said: “Coventry has all the right fundamentals, a skilled workforce, two thriving universities, and excellent transport links.
“We see this as a cornerstone for our Midlands growth strategy and a platform for long-term regeneration.”
MCR recently acquired Corporation Village, Burges House, and Market Way. Mr Brown said the acquisitions reflect a strategy to deliver high-quality residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces in the West Midlands.
