An established development in Leyland is set to grow following the acquisition of two further phases for an additional 150 new homes.
Housebuilder Redrow began work at Worden Gardens, located on Leyland Lane, in 2019, and has since sold 208 homes to date across the first three phases.
The two new phases will bring the total number of homes at the site to 390 and offer a selection of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes from the homebuilder’s arts and crafts inspired Heritage Collection.
An area to the north of the wider development will be transferred to Worden Estates as an extension to Worden Park, which is popular for dog walks, picnics and time spent outdoors.

Properties will include the two-bedroom Buxton, which has an open plan kitchen/dining area, a separate lounge and cloakroom. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, an ensuite to the main bedroom and a family bathroom.
Or for those looking for a four-bedroom property, The Cambridge boasts an open plan kitchen, family and dining room which spans across the back of the home.
