The Qingdao Area of the China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Qingdao FTZ) has introduced an integrated service center to assist local enterprises in expanding into international markets. This new “Integrated Service Port” represents an important step in the city’s strategy to promote outbound investment and global trade.

Located on Pengwan Road, the nearly 20,000-square-meter facility is divided into five specialized zones, including an exhibition area, maritime judicial support, and a cluster for financial, legal, and trade services. Additional areas focus on outbound services and cross-border quality certification. Together, these sections provide a full range of services, including policy consultation, market analysis, and legal compliance. Currently, the hub is supported by 58 alliance partners and 116 think tank experts.
To further streamline operations, the center combines its physical services with an advanced digital platform. With a “One-Stop Service” portal for government affairs and AI-driven decision-making tools, the center offers data-backed insights and comprehensive support for businesses.
The launch of the Integrated Service Port highlights Qingdao’s commitment to creating a secure and efficient environment for businesses expanding internationally, ensuring sustainable growth and competitiveness in the global market.
