The Procurement Section supports ICAO’s Corporate and Capacity Development and Implementation programmes. We leverage our considerable global and technical cooperation & assistance experience in areas such as civil aviation infrastructure, aviation security and safety, air navigation, communications and many other categories of goods and services. We support our partners throughout ICAO in their work. Our specialized services and over 60 years’ experience are critical for the successful implementation of large-scale projects.

Ethical behaviour is a requirement in ICAO procurement. ICAO expends public funds and it is committed to ensuring all procurement actions stand-up to public scrutiny. ICAO staff are responsible for protecting the integrity of the procurement process. Suppliers must observe and act in accordance with the highest standards of ethics and professional conduct in their dealings with ICAO and must abide by the UN Supplier Code of Conduct.

Vendors doing business with ICAO, or wishing to do business with ICAO, must not offer any gift of any kind to personnel working at ICAO.
